So, I’m just going to pick out words I’ve found.
Here’s one in English from my old high school/college music days:

In Spanish we’ve got:
An endoscopic examination of the nose.
And, to prove the agglutinativity (nice word for another Wazza Word post!) of the Quichua language:
In the Imbabura dialect, “from the very same cattle herders”, and this word receives the emphasis in the sentence.
And the learning quote is:
