Still can’t find my list, so…

So, I’m just going to pick out words I’ve found.

Here’s one in English from my old high school/college music days:

QUASIHEMIDEMISEMIQUAVER:

a 128th note.

In Spanish we’ve got:

NASOFARINGOLARINGOFIBROSCOPÍA:

An endoscopic examination of the nose.

And, to prove the agglutinativity (nice word for another Wazza Word post!) of the Quichua language:

WAKRAKAMAKKUNAMANTALLATAKMI:

In the Imbabura dialect, “from the very same cattle herders”, and this word receives the emphasis in the sentence.

And the learning quote is:

“It is what we think we know already that often prevents us from learning.”- Calude Bernard

See you next week!
